This security and maintenance release features 2 bug fixes on Core, 12 bug fixes for the Block Editor, and 1 security fix.

Because this is a security release, WordPress 6.5.2 has been deployed to the platform for the “latest” and “beta” pins. The “previous” pin has been updated to the 6.4.4 backport.

n.b. There was no WP 6.5.1.
